Booking conditions

Payments:

• A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Payments can be made via our website using paypal or make a direct deposit.  Payment of the balance can be via direct deposit 48 business hours before you stay or cash when you stay.

Refunds:

• If you cancel more than a week ahead of your booked stay we can transfer your booking to another time with no loss of deposit, or we will retain $25 and refund the balance.
• If you cancel your booking between a week and two days prior to your arrival date we will refund 50% of your deposit.
• If you cancel your booking less than two days before your arrival there will be no refund of your deposit.
• Please be aware that Paypal will deduct a small fee from the refund amount.
